Spa Arrival and Etiquette

EARLY TO FILL OUT APPROPRIATE PAPERWORK. We are now sending your paperwork
electronically. Please fill this out before arriving at the spa.THANK YOU
If guests arrive late, service times may be shortened to avoid schedule delays and will be
charged at full price.
- Please leave valuables at home. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
- Please speak softly and refrain from using cell phones while in the spa.
- Gratuity is not included in service prices and is greatly appreciated.

All apointments are held with a Credit Card, Series or a Gift Card at the time of booking. Gift
cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. We are not responsible for lost or
stolen gift cards.
- A 24-Hour Rescheduling or Cancellation notice is required for all single services; 72-Hour
notice for multiple services and packages. Failure to give proper notice will result in a 50%
charge. - Clients will receive courtesy appointment reminders via email and text. Please confirm your
appointment online. - Please notify our guest relations team if guest(s) are pregnant or have any allergies. Note: some
of our massage therapist will only perform prenatal massages after the first trimester is complete
(13+ weeks). - We kindly request that children do not accompany you to your spa appointment. All children (5-
16yrs) receiving services must be accompanied by a parent/guardian for the entire duration of
their visit. - If you do not show up for your scheduled apointment, 100% will be charged to the credit card on
file. Parties of two or more requiring multiple services will be required to prepay their booking. - Same-day appointments will be charged at the time of booking.
Our hours are:
Monday - Thursday: 9am - 8pm
Friday & Saturday: 9am - 6pm
Sunday: 12pm - 5pm
Payment Method & Refunds
Le Visage accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. All sales are final. No refund on services, products, or gift certificates. Only exchanges or spa credit will be given. Product exchanges must be made within 15 days of purchase. Please note: If appointments are scheduled with the owner, prices will be different than listed. Effective July 1, 2013, Le Visage no longer accepts SpaFinder, SpaWish, or any Groupon card. Thank you.
Special Requirements
We recommend that you bring a storage case if you wear contact lens. Also, it is a good idea to leave expensive jewelry and valuables at home when visiting the spa.
